Oh, Just Bein Crafty

It's DIY time again.. though if it were up to me, it'd be DIY time all the time. Being crafty is proven to release energy otherwise held up by the stresses of every day life. At least.. that's what I always say :)

So if you find yourself some free time this Saturday here are some fun easy ways to spruce up your life, whether it be organizing or home decor.

THIS is simplicity right here. Buy three planters, stack, & glue! They become perfect holders for keys, jewelery, or anything that is often easily lost.

Scrapbook paper is SO fun, but scrapbooking isn't the easiest thing for me. With this you can buy canvas & paint it, or wood & paint that. Then you cut out shapes from the paper you've selected (leaves like shown above are easy & cute) & paste onto the board! Bring out the inner artist through this simple craft.

Now this one I could hardly WAIT to show you! Everyone knows that when doing laundry, your socks will come out uneven. & That's that. If there were ever a time when all my socks came out of the wash with a match, I would throw a party. But with this super useful DIY craft, it'll be easier to keep track of the lost socks, & find their partners! Wooden board, paint for "lost socks," & glued on clothes pins. Sock finding has never been easier.

I hope you loved these ideas as much as I did. Let me know if you try any out! I'm always up for hearing success stories :)

Have a wonderful weekend, readers!

I'd like to know where you got the stand for the chalkboard platter.
Thank you!
